Our stay was mind blowing how amazing this place was. It has a lot of activities that we where able to have a full day planed out with the amount of things we could do. I definitely will be going back again soon.

Very friendly staff! Clean spacious room, Comfy bed, Nice property. Definitely would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Everything good. They leave you chocolate chip cookies for when you come in your room. Also a bottle of their spring water. The cookies are free,but don't touch the spring water. It comes with a 25 dollar charge..f.or a 16 ounce bottle of spring water. Ouch. Apart from that, it was a good place and they are trying hard. I would return, but with our own spring water.

I call it six star hotel , because it is perfect condition and easy to park . Staff is friendly. Amazingly there is hot water kettle that is what I really need to make tea with higher temperatures. There are beautiful flower baskets hanging around outside , they make me feel warm and like in my own flower gardens.

I stayed in room #219. The desk chair was horrible. The mattress needs to be replaced.

Hilton had no record of my reservation, it was after midnight (3 hour delay on AMTRAK) clerk just kept saying we don't have your reservation, I shared all my Expedia data with no luck or interest. I asked if he had rooms, yes $519/night, took it and spent over an hour working with Expedia app as they called hotel a few times with no luck. Expedia reimbursed me 100% for the 2 nights, never a word from Hotel staff or Hilton. I am curious what went wrong. Not looking forward to calling every hotel to confirm status as I travel often using Expedia.

Staff were not extremely helpful. I got the sense I was "bothering" them. House keeping did not come to clean the room, change the sheets, or replace the dirty towels daily. Advertised as having 3 hot tubs but while I was there it was relayed the 2 of them were broken. Older fixtures in the rooms. No USB hook up. Need a regular receptical plug in block. Vending machines not updated to accept cards and cash used doesn't give adequate change. That being said, the room and facility was clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The shower had good pressure and got plenty hot right away.. I would say for the money and what I was looking for it wasn't a horrible experience. Staying here again I would just plan around a couple of the undesirable conditions.
