We loved our stay at 1 Hotel BK! Service was phenomenal, beautiful views, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 experience.

It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.

While the location was beautiful, the property is not well maintained. Our room was incredibly small and dim for the price we payed, multiple mosquitos in the room upon arrival, wifi connection was poor, noise was a major problem, and the front desk manager / supervisor was incredibly rude to us. I wanted to note that the other members of the staff at the front desk and restaurant were incredibly kind to us and understood our concerns, tried to help. Unfortunately, the manager overrode that and was not understanding about our concerns and all and emphasized that the booking notes that the room is 150 sq ft and we should have known that ahead of time. We checked out one day early and were told by the manager that we would not be refunded for the night we did not stay there despite our complaints and discomfort at the property being the reason we checked out early. Would not recommend to others.

The staff was AMAZING! Love the room decor. The Roof top balcony is beautiful. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was I could hear all the sirens all night long, and every time someone left their room - the door slams were like it was out door. If you are a sound sleeper as my husband is (so none of this bothered him) absolutely go here! I would even think of going back even though sleep was minimal! ;-)
