Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there were a few areas that impacted my experience. If you're looking for standard hotel amenities such as an in-room coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator, or a larger television, this property may not meet those expectations. Unfortunately, I was initially assigned the wrong room one day one. It was actually someone elses reserved room and housekeeping entering my room early one morning. Although it was an honest mistake, it disrupted my sleep. Breakfast was another disappointment. I was only able to enjoy it on one morning because the dining area was reserved for private events during the remainder of my stay. On a positive note, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the staff was genuinely apologetic and courteous in addressing the issues I experienced. Would I stay here again? I'm undecided. While the setting and customer service were wonderful, the lack of amenities and the inconveniences during my stay would make me carefully consider my options before returning.

Atmosphere was amazing. Layout was incredibly unique. Will definitely be returning

The hotel needs AC yes the room were cold but lobby and resturant were way too hot and elevators had zero ventilation we stayed on the 27th floor it was ridiculously hot in the elevators and I could only imagine if someone gets stuck in the elevator how scary it would be just the idea of no air or anything inside is scary

Staff was great but that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. You can hear everything from the hallways

Clean room, great location, friendly staff and great atmosphere

I stayed there for a week with no issues whatsoever nice quiet , staff is very accommodating and helpful, mini fridge in room very helpful storing some medicine i had , would definitely recommend and stay there again.
