We enjoyed our stay. Beds very comfortable

The breakfast was incredible, the room was cute and the staff was attentive! The only thing that would have made it better was if I could have stayed longer!

La habitación aparentemente estaba limpia sin embargo habían detalles que notaban los descuidos, el staff horrible, malas caras, mala gestión, quien me atendió no sonrió en ningún momento, me estuvo allí parado casi 30 minutos yo estaba cansado, me atendió y no tenía tarjetas físicas y me hizo conseguir una tarjeta que tenía mi nombre, entrar al banco y hacer que le mostrara cuando yo hice toda mi gestión online se supone que yo debía llegar al hospedaje y ya, el hidromasaje no funcionó que básicamente elegí ese hotel y esa habitación por el hidromasaje y no funcionó. El desayuno pésimo, frío y con malas actitudes del personal.
