Good stay for the money

Location is great, friendly staff. Unfortunately the property is no clean. The hotel is a little old but the worse part is the lack of good deep cleaning. From the elevator to the room lots of dust, splatters, the tv screen, everything was so dirty. I told the lady at the reception, I hope they do something about it.

I will definitely stay at this property again. The rooms are very nice. The staff is excellent. I had an early morning flight and the shuttle was waiting for me when I checked out.

I expected more for the price. Breakfast was today and waffles. Not much else. Nobody ever at fest had to ring phone for them to come. Very small bathroom.

The room was clean and great breakfast.

We arrived and were given only one room key for 4 people. We were told they didn't have any more. Yet friends that were staying there had 5 people and 2 rooms and all had their own key. The room smelled of chlorine (though it was across the hall from the pool) the hall didn't smell of it. Upon return from a wedding we went to the bar area to have a drink. I asked for a 7 & 7 and the bartender didn't know what it was. So said whiskey and white soda. They had no white soda. Asked for a Miller Lite, they didn't have it. The bartender/front desk person was nice and tried to help us. The room appeared to be clean with the exception of the smell.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at resorts that had less care for cleanliness. Housekeeping was prompt daily without asking for anything.
