Clean and quiet hotel. The clean pool and large pool area add to its charm. Great for family. Beds are comfy. Could use better HVAC and lighting solutions.

The floor and carpet were so dirty they made my bare feet bottoms brown. There was a cobweb on the wall above the tv. We would have liked to have a second set of towels on the bathroom. The coffee was great and the coffee maker was adequate. It’s nice to have an apartment size refrigerator. The AC wall unit was fairly quiet and kept the room at it’s set temperature.

Everything I experienced was as expected: clean and fresh. Except the coffee could be stronger.

First of all, you had to walk thru the gauntlet of homeless people who were sitting and standing near the front entrance. One of the homeless who was sitting on a camp stool showed up the next day with a super 8 shirt on. There was no Continental breakfast because the homeless people were coming in and eating everything. Super 8 was encouraging and condoning this behavior. The room was unvacuumed, the sheets were dirty. We had to ask for fresh sheets. Then the maid wanted us to change them. Thats what they get paid for. There was food left in the freezer. The fresh linen (towels)were not fresh. They stunk, and smelled sour. The inside if the room looked like it was stuck in the 70's. Very old and outdated. I expected more from Wyndham Resorts. This hotel has been neglected. I will not stay at another Super 8 hotel. Furniture was old, scuffed up missing stain, bare wood. Fridge and microwave were yellowed, supposed to be white. Carpets need to be replaced. On top of all this my friend was staying there as well, and one of the homeless kicked in his door at 2am. Not happy about the homeless hanging out. This needs to be addressed!! Overall terrible experience. You cannot feel safe staying there!!
