When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. I’m currently working to have the fees refunded.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. L’espace bar avec fauteuils est très agréable. La nourriture au restaurant est délicieuse malgré que un peu cher. Le personnel n’était pas très serviable. Le terrain de l’hôtel est superbe, au milieu de la nature. Le golf est très plaisant également mais pas super bien entretenu.

Perfect place to stop by!

I arrived at 6pm and was told my room had been cancelled without notice and no other rooms were available. Zone help from reception. They then ‘officially’ cancelled the room and initiated a refund so I could go away and find alternative accommodation. Receptionist was no help and couldn’t offer a reason for cancellation.

We went as a group of 3 couples. Upon arrival we were made more than welcome. Every single member of staff where so friendly. Our rooms where spotlessly clean, and got cleaned every day with fresh towels each day. The breakfasts where spot on, there was something there for evey dietary requirements. We ate in the restaurant each evening, and the food was amazing. As a group of six we well made good use of the Bar on our three nights stay... This was our first visit to Carnoustie, and what a gem of a pick we made to stay at the 19th Hole. We will Definitely return next year. Myself and my Husband are from Tenerife. Two of our friend's are from Billingham. Our other two friends are from Bournemouth. Each and everyone of us loved our 3 nights stay. WELL DONE TO EACH AND EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF YOU ARE ALL DOING A BRILLIANT JOB.

Made to feel so welcome. Staff were superb. Breakfast was outstanding, so much to eat cooked 2 perfection
