Aberdeen Vacation Packages

After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.

Over paid waiting till the last minute, but that’s my fault. Not worth the $400 I paid! Dated rooms, funky smoky smell. Non smoking rooms smell, can’t get around that when smoking allowed in hotel. The steak house was excellent though.

Dirty. Rooftop was closed but didn’t say that anywhere on website. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Just overall gross and hotel had weird smell. Would not recommend

It was dated, but clean and comfortable.

Clean and easy to get in and out.

breakfast was above average for a hotel stay. disappointed that no hand soap was provided in the bathroom

Everything was excellent friendly staff clean property. I would love to visit again
