Stayed in room 107 and woke up with bed bug bites. Laundry facilities on site non functioning.

The rooms were clean and quiet, spacious, the community kitchen had coffee and water and juice… Macey checked me in and showed me to my room, very professional, offered to help me with my luggage.

No vending machine

I didn’t even stay the night I just decided to be out the money. This place is truly disgusting. So dirty and ghetto. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The bath tub had rust spots and dirt in it. Streaks and handprints all over the mirrors. I bought the hotel so I could drink at a concert and be responsible. This place grossed me out so bad I changed my mind. This would be the place that would have bed bugs. Also when I went to check in I was completely ignored by the front desk. He was just lolly gagging instead of doing anything. I knew with the water damage right at the front door that it was going to be bad but it was horrible. Disgusting and I didn’t feel safe what so ever. Zero stars!!! Please avoid this place.

Everything from the room to the staff, and breakfast were wonderful. We didn't use any other amenity. My only concern was the parking lot. It was littered with hundreds of cigarette butt's all the way around the building. I'm a smoker myself, but I do not dispose of any of my butts onto the ground. One suggestion would be to provide poop bags for pets.
