DO NOT BOOK HERE! The room had bigs all over. The matrsses had blood on them anD they where discusting. Luckily they agreed to a refund.

Housekeeping staff was excellent. Front desk with seamless service. Breakfast had daily variation for choices. Food could have been kept warmer with Sternos or something else underneath the containers since many people do not close the covers and the food can get cold. Hot tub and pool were excellent. Everything was clean in the entire facility. Used the laundry machines in the main building but the efficiency was barely adequate at best. If you are snowed in and you used small loads, it would probably be okay, but you would be better off going into town to the laundromat there as we did the second time. Most hotels are this way in my experience. Also, the shower bases need a mat. The bases are very slippery, and one could fall. We went to CVS and bought one for our 9-night stay to remain safe. Overall, it's a beautiful place, comfortable and quiet. If we are ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience truly memorable. We’re already planning to return next year.

Room was in decent condition but could use some updating. Staff was amazing though. Breakfast was fine.

About 45 min from Tahoe South. Was a good basecamp for the area. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Parking might be a little tough at night if the hotel is full. Sierra Surf club next door has great food!
