Clean and brand new pet friendly apartment in a safe neighborhood. Also has a nice pool.

The room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower on the floor, the bed wasn’t made very well when we arrived, and the corners in the room were dirty. But overall it wasn’t awful. It was a Convienent location for us since we were in town for dr appointments at Cleveland clinic. We walked to the hospital. The grab and go breakfast was also nice since we had to be at the hospital so early. We ate the buffet breakfast on our last day and it was decent. The half price desserts were nice when we stayed. The staff were nice and helpful but seemed like they were very short staffed while we were there. They were all running ragged, but still helpful and kind.

Hotel looks old and dated from the inside. The lobby smelled like a swimming pool yet there was not one on property. The room was basic and the house keeping did a poor job of cleaning because the beds were made but it was a huge glob of blue toothpaste on one of the bed sheets. They came right away to fit it but I seen it.

Great location for patients visiting the Cleveland Clinic, the rooms work perfectly but i wouldn’t mind some renovations

Beautiful setting, amenities are nice but unless you stay more than one night, not too beneficial. The price of the room was ultimately what drew us there. If you are looking for a normal hotel and modern type rooms, this isn’t for you, but if you want something quiet, spacious, and don’t mind something older, this might be for you. My only real negative is, the AC couldn’t keep up with the temperature outside and it wasn’t even that hot out. Room was constantly at 74 and up while the AC was on around 65.
