The property is conveniently located in central IB. And while other rooms looked like they would be comfortable our room was located across from where the garbage is dumped and the washer and dryer. I messaged the property manager right away and sent photos of the overflowing garbage. I asked to be moved to another room. They said that was not possible. They did say they would give me a 10% refund on my stay. They never honored this. This level of garbage certainly attracts rats. Who wants this right outside their door? I gave them feedback that this particular room should not be rented out as a guest room because of the garbage and noise from the washer and dryer running.

Didn’t feel welcomed, I waited about 5 minutes to the guy to help me with my check in, very slow, kept talking on the phone and walking around, looked rude to me. I had been charged twice in my credit card.
