The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The BTS is a five minute walk. The pool area is nice, but the rooftop bar is excellent. It's Thailand so the staff are amazing, always pleasant and helpful.

Same hotel different name Despite the odd checkin hiccup - staff were awesome and gave me an upgrade (late check in early check out helps) This hotel used to be a novotel now changed to hyatt with zero refurbishment with parts looking quite tired But being at the airport nakes it convenient
