This hotel looks like this in the throes of an extensive renovation. The room was immaculate, very clean, and comfortable. The shower had dispensers for body wash and shampoo, and there was a soap dispenser by the bathroom sink. It has a small 4 cup coffee maker and coffee supplies for one day. We were able to get more by going to the desk and requesting it. There was an ice bucket in the room, but we were not able to find an icemaker anywhere there was an ironing board, but no iron. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is no dresser in the room if you would like to put your clothes away, but there were a few drawers in the bathroom.The biggest downside was there is no signage anywhere that tells you the name of the hotel, not on the street not on the building itself. If I hadn’t seen pictures online of the hotel, I would not have known that this was the place that I was supposed to go. The lady at the front desk seemed very friendly and helpful. There is a convenient store diagonally across the street but other than that no restaurants or food places nearby. There is a restaurant that kind of shares a parking lot, but we never saw it open. About 15 to 20 minutes from the hotel is a busy district of shopping and restaurants, etc. in Horseheads. Overall, I would recommend this place to stay as long as you know ahead of time what it offers

The owners are very nice and attentive. She always offers great local recommendations for vineyards and other attractions. This was our second time there, and we will return. Great location for visiting Lakes Keuka and Seneca.

Horrible breakfast. Server had no experience. Warm coffee, under toasted English muffin. Couldn't open jelly bottle, neither could server. Room was so so, shade broken.

Had to call the cops to find the front desk worker. AC in the room did not work. Slept in a room at 77 degrees. Other than that, the hotel was super clean and nice. The breakfast sandwich that I usually get from the Marriott was not as good as other locations. Maybe it was just a bad day.
