To start, we had to get a different room because ours was set to 56 degrees, the lil refrigerator freezer was solid ice, and the shower head was leaking. Second room was better. Nice beds. But the carpet was ripped by the bathroom. Found out in the shower, there was no body soap. Coffee creamer curdled in my coffee. Was it okay to sleep in for one night? Yes but not for $155 a night that I paid. They really need to do better or lower the price to reflect what you are getting. Not a happy customer.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable

Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Quick overnight stay to watch a game or have something going on in Cleveland okay this is a good spot. It is close to all the ballparks, Rock n Roll HOF and downtown. They clean rooms on Sunday not a lot of amenities, parking is so so and they are doing construction near this hotel. Another advantage is you can walk to downtown or to the ballparks easily. Just wouldn’t stay more than a night or two at the most.

We would absolutely stay here again. It was a great location close to great restaurant options and pretty views of the downtown and water. In the reviews I read the biggest complaint was the noise level. You could clear as day hear any conversations of other rooms if you were in the hallway. Once inside our rooms it wasn’t as bad but we are pretty easy sleepers and other guests were very respectful.

i really enjoy staying at this hotel, especially if I have an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, as the hotel has access to the skywalk. The rooms are always well maintained and comfortable. Room service staff very courteous.
