We had a wonderful two‑night stay in this tastefully designed, modern, and well‑equipped loft apartment. Everything we needed was readily available, and the quality of the furnishings and décor exceeded what we’ve seen in similar rentals - especially the beautifully restored original timber flooring upstairs, which added real character. The location is excellent, just steps from N High Street’s breakfast spots, restaurants, and shops. Because it’s so central, parking required a bit of flexibility, but the owners provided clear guidance on which designated parking options were included in the rental, so it ultimately wasn’t an issue. Overall, the atmosphere and thoughtful design of the space made our visit to the area especially enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again — though we’d appreciate an 11 a.m. checkout instead of 10 a.m. next time.

While the hotel was within walking distance of our planned restaurant, there wasn't much nightlife to walk to. We also found the room was ridiculously small. So small that we could not open the drawers to the dresser and the bathroom had strange closet like double doors (which were very difficult to open from inside the washroom) because a real door would not have fit in the room. There was not even space to have our suitcases open other than on the bed. The room was also very dimly lit and our only window faced directly into the parking garage next door. Won't be back.

The communication was phenomenal! Host reached out to us prior to check-in to ensure we had received access and parking information to the property, then again after check-in time, to confirm everything was to our liking and we had no needs. Great customer service! The location neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful & walkable. Finally, the home was just lovely. Very clean, comfortable & bright. The live plants were also a lovely addition (they are very happy). Home has lots of stairs, so just be prepared, in case that is an issue. Highly recommend!

Love the decor and location!

Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. Noticed only one set of accessible stairs to get to the upstairs units. Kitchen was nice, and we appreciated having kitchen/cooking items available to us. Parking was free and convenient. Unit was very clean, and hosts were great. Thank you!
