Big Sur Vacation Packages

This is a beautiful property, short walk to the ocean. We had a cottage with two spacious bedrooms, each with a tv. Whole cottage was VERY clean. Nice livingroom area, dining area, and small kitchen. Plenty of dishes, utensils and nice pots and pans with lids . The property was very quiet and clean. Nice firepit and picnic tables with bbq's. I will definitely come back! My only complaint was that the kitchen sink was very tiny, kinda hard to wash dishes. Everything else was wonderful!

We were surprised that Villa Mara is a large house in a neighborhood. The entire place is very well maintained and comfortable. There are multiple sitting areas with fire pits on the property. Upon arrival we were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff offering refreshments and help with our luggage. The room was extremely nice. The bathroom had heated floors, a tub and shower. The complimentary breakfast is in line with any fine restaurant. The staff will provide beverage refreshments at anytime upon request in the bar. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

There is no A/C and it was super stuffy, couldn’t leave the slider open as there’s no privacy. The windows also don’t open, so you can’t get air that way. The property is within feet of a cemetery which is creepy. We had no place to let the dogs out except right by the cemetery. I did not know this until I was already staying there.
