Everything in the hotel was clean and well maintained! The beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. We could let get our tv to work and the woman at the desk came to our room and got it working! My only complaint was that the pool was freezing but my kids still swam so it wasn’t that big of a deal!

One of the best stays we ever had! Loved the atmosphere, loved how close we were to everything! The Loft apartment was so home like. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Cincinnati/Kentucky area again!!

Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Couch in room was torn, hole in ceiling pool was closed and hard to speak with guest services as often no one was at the desk

I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the staff seemed confused and had difficulty communicating with each other about my reservation. Already paid in advance did not issue refund either, Even though I had a confirmed reservation, they did not honor it or provide a reasonable solution. I was left without a room and had to find and pay for another hotel somewhere else. The entire situation was stressful, inconvenient, and handled very poorly. I would not recommend staying here unless their reservation process and staff communication improve.
