Very nice hotel. Stairs to the second floor are steep

I loved the pool and gym

No was there at check in if I didn’t call and try and get a hold of someone I would have been waiting hours. Check in was said 4-7 stood around with 3 other customers for 30. Then was asked for my card over the phone to finish check in.

Friendly staff, place was clean, parking is limited but I was able to park within property. The only amenities were the snack machines, but overall a good and quiet place to stay. Family friendly.

The staff were incredibly loud in the hallway. We were staying during the week and they were speaking across the long hallway in loud voices in the morning. Tried to take a nap mid day and same thing! This was not a restful three day and two night stay.

We got in late so the limited parking was full (which i absolutely expected getting in at 10pm) so we had to park 2 blocks down on the street. When we checked in there was an empty soda bottle behind the door and urine left in the toilet in one room. Our other room had a bunch of missing paint on the walls where old decorations had been removed. The beds were very soft and the a/c worked well for what was a surprisingly warm SF night. Chose this hotel to be within walking distance of Oracle Park and for that reason it was perfect. Would honestly stay again despite the poor state of the room, the sheets, at least, were clean and how often do you find free parking in SF.
