I was not able to attend during these dates and forgot to cancel facing unexpected rescheduling issues , I was hoping to speak with someone about a refund even though policy for not cancellation is charged . Like I said it was inevitable that I need to reschedule

It’s an older motel so the doors open to the outside. We were woken up in the middle of the night because of a homeless person screaming. Would not recommend unless necessary.
