Brilliant Vacation Packages

This place gets great reviews and it deserves it. It's a good place to stay and very good value.

We reserved a king size room and when we got into it the smoke detector was going off. They had no one available to change out the batteries. So we were moved to a room with two queens. This room was in very rough shape to say the least. Mold on the ceiling, couldn’t see out the window and chipped paint everywhere. The TV was tiny. When I asked about a discount I was told that it was a more expensive room and I was lucky to get it as the same price as the king room. I would not recommend this room or come back to this hotel. I still feel we deserve a discount

Rude staff the beds were hard as rocks and the water wasn't hot

Room was clean but with some signs of wear which are understandable as it probably gets many traveling workers and a lot of use. Staff was friendly and helpful, and hard-working. I would kindly suggest a small office update for better organization of furnishings and air circulation needs, (a ceiling fan perhaps creating more office space) including removing/replacing worn out furniture and items from outdoor smoking area. Curb appeal goes a long way! It's not a bad hotel overall.
