Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa
I love this hotel and have been twice now and will return again. The decor is lovely. The spa is delightful. The only downside is that the walls are paperthin so you can hear everything and the spa is often far too busy.

Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection
Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and a good size although there were some bits of maintenance that needed doing but it didn’t spoil our stay. They do need to sort out the hot water if only to reduce their water bills 10 mins to get hot water to the shower was too long

When we got our first room there was a hole in the bath as is not the plug hole... there was a reception, we went to the staff and they gave us the other room next to it. and that was okay..... No 38 The Park
Room was lovely although the bathroom flooded when you had the shower on full. Breakfast was lovely. Shame that the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening & that room service wasn’t available however this didn’t spoil the stay.
