We were disappointed with this motel. The young man who checked us in, seemed to want to please. In the first room we were given, the carpet under the air conditioner was soaking wet. I went and told him, he came immediately and checked it out. He said he’d get us another room. However, the second room had the same problem. It was wet too. He said he’d contact the manager, and get us another room. He came back and said he was giving us another room on the 3rd floor. He said he’d leave it open and we could just go up. The elevator ride was horrendous. It shimmied and jerked and jolted. We decided we would not be taking the elevator again! We got to the room, and he had not left it open. We were standing there with all our luggage. I took the stairs down to get the key. He was not at the desk. After waiting a while he finally came. He said he let my husband in. I told him about the elevator. He said the owners know about it, but haven’t had it fixed yet. I asked him what they could do to make our stay better. He said he’d talk to the manager. When we checked out 2 days later, I asked him what the manager said about making our stay better. He said they hadn’t responded. He took my phone number and said they would be in touch. It’s been three days. I have reached out and they haven’t responded. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, and we definitely won’t be staying there again. I don’t think it’s asking a lot to have the manager reach out to us.

We had a wonderful stay. Went to country fest nearby and it was an easy drive. Good food and friendly staff. Would stay again.

We had a couple issues with the rooms, but the staff took immediate care of the problems. We liked the proximity to activities and venues. We had a great few days there!!

We love staying at this hotel every time we are in town staff is amazing. Hotel was so clean and the beds are so comfortable!

We found out that you have to pay for breakfast, which was OK, but we would have liked to have a free breakfast with our cost. Also, we went down to get 2 cups of coffee and they charge us $8.54. All coffee should be unlimited and free just like the hotels right near it. Also, my friend had a lot of schoolwork to do on the computer in the morning, and the Internet was so slow that she could not use it and wasted all that time.

Room was not ready at check in time at 3. They were short staffed.
