This place isn't clean enough for rats and roaches to stay. The laundry room is gross and a joke. The staff isn't helpful at all and the rooms haven't been cleaned... Ever!

I didnt stay no elevators, no breakfast, no wifi, no nothing! No clean rooms!

Before entering the hotel, there was no parking due to so many trailers in the parking lot. I asked if they had additional parking and was told no. Even though this is supposed to be a smoke free facility, there were a number of people smoking pot inside. The carpet was quite stained and there were hairs in the bathroom. We booked a room that was supposed to sleep 5 but there were only two double beds (no pull out sofa). The hot tub had dirt and grime floating in the bubbles.

I liked every one thing about the courtyard by Marriott.. the room was nice , nice , the amenities were helpful , and relaxing , .. I had a great time Ohio ,! Hope to see u guys again !

The staff was not helpful, charged me another night even tho i paid up front from 7/1/26-7/10/26. I fo not recommend this place.
