The only reason you would want to consider this hotel is its proximity to the Cuyahoga NP and the free breakfast, otherwise this is just another roadside motel. Pros: 1) Very close to the Cuyahoga NP. < 10 min from one of the falls in the NP. 2) Multiple eating options immediately around the hotel and within 10 min drive. 3) Free hot breakfast - decent egg omlette, bread and bagels, diy waffles, coffee and juices + yogurt 4) Cheap Cons: 1) Dirty carpet everywhere. Now I know, travelers don't spend a lot of time on the carpet except for a few minutes to walk towards their rooms however still the absolute filthy state of the carpet makes you want to avoid looking down. 2) Smelly room. The interior of the room felt damp/smelly. The request to change the room was declined even though it was a non-busy weekday. 3) Pool area was equally unclean. Didn't feel like stepping in. All in all, select this hotel strictly for the national park closeness, and if you are okay with the cons mentioned above.

Rooms are clean. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We’ve decided this is our stopping point when traveling northeast to visit family.

Bathroom was terrible , broken curtain rod hanging made it impossible to shower . fan in bathroom not working , only one outlet in bathroom worked . Room smelled awful , had to burn a candle to get the smell out . Hallways smelled musty and gross. Dirty kleenex left in chair in the room , For a $176.00 a night it was terrible . Will never book again.

Staff was not very friendly nor helpful. Room was poorly maintained

Excellent restaurant onsite. Beautiful pool. Quaint hotel in a quiet town.

Our room was very clean and cooled upon arrival. The front desk staff Jeremiah and manager Alisha were exceptional with every we asked for (extra pool towels etc). You will be very happy with staying here.
