Wow, I felt like an absolute princess when I stayed here! All of the staff were so helpful and kind and made me feel right at home! The room was beyond spotless and had everything I could ever wish for! I absolutely loved the private patio! If you can get the studio right on the beach do it for sure! It is amazing! Also, definitely book some time in the hot tub right after sunset...it was gorgeous! I loved all of the amenities, especially the beach chairs! They thought of everything for the kitchen and the bed and bedding were so comfortable! I got a little hot, but between the ceiling fan and the 2 other fans they provided I was perfect in no time! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This property uses "contactless" hosting, which means there's no staff on site. In my case, the A/C unit in my room was inoperable and so I requested maintenance through the text message connection to somebody, somewhere. I received text message cheery responses and assurances for 2.5 days, but nothing ever happened. No repair happened. No one seemed to show up. I did overhear other guests complaining about a similar situation. So, if you're not too fussy, if you're just looking for a flop on Imperial Beach, this is a not a bad deal. It's like renting a sleep pod at an airport. Hope everything goes smoothly!
