Rooms look to be in need of not just upgrading but in need of basic maintenance. Windows are falling apart, could not open due to wood framing splitting apart. No screens on most windows. One window with screen was torn. Coffee pot was old and missing parts. Outdoors, driveways are in need of restoring. My front end of car scrapped and hit lump on roadway in front of building in property. Trees are uprooted causing uneven driveway conditions. Pricing high considering the condition of buildings. Overall would not stay here again if other hotels were available. And actually this was the case this time as hotels were pretty much booked for this weekend.

Beautiful view of the pacific from our ocean view room. Had to go through the pool to get to the room. Luckily there were very few swimmers Staff very helpful. Parking can be a challenge. Also our bed had a nightstand only on the right and lighting was not the best Small waterfalls and bright flowers really impressed my wife.

Beautiful property in the most gorgeous location. The view from the Pacific's Edge lunch can't be beat. Food in both the restaurant and lounge is outstanding. The unit we stayed in was a bit dated but overall very nice. I was excited to have a balcony to relax on with a view of the coast and waves crashing over the rocks. Unfortunately the unit was close to the main building where the huge fan on the roof was very loud and drowned out the sound of the ocean. Inside our unit or on the balcony it was all we could hear the whole time. I can only imagine that from most other units it wouldn't have been a problem and that we just happened to be in a badly affected spot. I would stay here again for the location but would make sure to get a different building.

Great stay

Lovely hotel

We checked in and the lady at the desk gave me the wrong keys. I got to the room and the key didn't work. The fireplace didn't work and the room was noisy and on the street. They said the hotel was at half capacity so they should have given us a better room but they didn't.
