Clean room plugs were loose clean bedding. No USB plugs.

Although ‘soap’ was included in the bathroom, no shower soap, nor shampoo, was available….handsoap only. This unit is probably OK for a single traveler, but not for couples. Cheap furnishings and poor craftsmanship of finish work…trim, flooring, paint, etc. No air conditioning…just a small ceiling fan, with the pull-chain out of reach to adjust the speed. Regular size bed was mattress only, no box springs. Price was unreasonable for this property. Not impressed and will not return.

When we checked in, a strong odor of mildew was present. Halls need new carpeting. Room was clean! Cleaning staff friendly. Breakfast bar was not kept stocked. Ice maker was down for our entire stay of 4 days and had been for 2 weeks prior. Pool was down for 1 day due to some health department violations. View was beautiful! Balcony has nice clean chairs to sit on. Fridge was clean.

This was our second stay here, and we keep coming back because it’s clean, cozy and the staff is great!

Room was well cleaned by Ann. Room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the lake. Very basic amenities. Alot of the outlets were old and when we tried to plug in our phone chargers they would fall out. TV did not work..no cable or satellite connection. Stairwell carpet coming up and causing trip hazards. The price was a plus..inexpensive for a last minute trip.
