There were no cups in the room. I called the front desk and requested some and was told that they had no one available to bring them to the room and to come down and get them. There were no room darkening curtains and the parking lot lights coming in the room made it hard to sleep

The room was very clean and nice. the breakfast buffet was fresh and perfect with a nice variety of options to choose from. The same can be said for the evening buffet. The staff was awesome and I enjoyed the hot tube and pool. I will look forward to staying here again! Well done!

I used to stay there a lot. At some point the beds got worse and they started using microfiber bed sheets. They feel gross. My room had a side table awkwardly place where a sofa should be. I probably won't stay there again.

First of all, I call a bit of exaggeration, when it comes to what all this hotel claims it offers. Second, the newer management of this place has let this hotel go down hill...then there's the room. Ok, trust, don't waste your money. ICK!

Only thing wrong was the bathroom door would not shut. It was barn door style. We called the front desk, and they gave us another room steps away from our original. Very nice stay. Very clean, comfy!
