Cedarpines Park Vacation Packages

More short term rental than a hotel. No on site staff, no ability to request something be brought to your room like soap or extra towels. There also is no elevator.

This is a very cute place.

Location of the hotel is convenient for either going south into downtown or north to the beaches. Although next to a busy road and not scenic there are some local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. There is limited onsite parking (about 10 spaces for the hotel) which we were told after arrival we should have contacted the hotel to pay to reserve. This was not mentioned in the pre-arrival email from the hotel. There is on street parking in the roads surrounding the hotel although this was full when we arrived on a Saturday evening. The staff member working the front desk moved their own car into a disabled parking space to allow us to park near the hotel - which was kind of them to do and much appreciated but shouldn’t be necessary. Rooms are not soundproofed meaning you can hear adjoining rooms, the road outside and the bar area which plays music till 10pm. Air con in the room did not work initially and took several trips to the front desk to resolve. Other room amenities also had issues including hair dryer and room keys. Room decor was very tired and quite uninspiring for a supposedly boutique hotel. We provided feedback to the hotel management on the 1st night but this was neither acknowledged nor actioned. Ultimately, we were disappointed with this hotel and don’t think it lived up to expectations. Whilst there were no major failings the number of moderate issues means I would not recommend it to others.

The bed was dirty it had stains and there was a doritos chip in the bed towels were stained with bleach as well

We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. The room was spotless, spacious, and full of character, with a cute patio, beautiful vintage-style decor, and unique painted walls. The property feels peaceful and spread out, with plenty of space to relax privately. There are several fire pits and seating areas throughout the desert landscaping, along with lots of trees that add to the atmosphere. The pool was clean and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. We also loved the gated parking, which is a huge bonus. The location couldn't be better, with downtown, restaurants, and shops all just minutes away. Overall, a charming, comfortable place to stay, and we'd happily book it again.
