Mold in shower, been there for a while. Had to buy my own spray bleach to clean. Shower looks good now. Towels had holes in them. Floors dirty. Could be nice if they just cleaned!!!!!!!

The Ponce St. Augustine Hotel
The room was big and spacious and very c lean. The showe was clean and newly renovated. The bed and linens smelled clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked well but it was loud. The chekin was quick and a plus was that I had access to the room 2 hours before scheduled chelin time.
