Pool was filthy as was patio furniture the guest room door slam and are VERY loud so didnt get much sleep. There are alot of signs in parking lot stating hotel is not responsible…… The signs are a bit alarming thinking there must be break ins.

Check in at 3, we got there after 5 and room was not ready. Finally got a room 40 min later. Room was clean, strong lemon scent which died down later that evening. We were on the 6 floor. The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation ...

If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! We got there and the clerk told me they had no rooms even though I had prepaid for the room. And then had the audacity to say they called to let me know, they did not. Wish I could say more but overbooking was their fault, not mine.
