Beware that when you book an oceanfront room, that doesn’t mean you will be able to see the ocean from the room. We had a perfect ground level view of the parking lot.

Maui Beach Hotel
Nice room, pleasant staff, fair price. Great location if you prioritize centrality and easy access to everywhere. Room was by the kitchen which was a little noisy but we didn’t spend much time in the room. I’d stay there again.
