Room is very dirty dirt and debris in the corner of the bathroom there’s black mold in the shower. The refrigerator was disgusting. The swimming pool was dirty. Would not stay there again.

Bathroom leak with water, it also was moldy.Smell got very sick during the night also,Shower did not have holes in the side and the water leaked in behind it

Hampton Inn Elmira/Horseheads
Food was fine only problem was a dog braking in the am. Woke me up after a long travel. Card didn’t work in door had to go back down for new card. Other than that everything was fine. Front desk was great just card error and the dog which made for a long day.
