Coldwater Vacation Packages

Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.

It was clean and comfortable for the night. It needed yard work done for sure. It was way over priced but only hotel available because of events going on.

This property needs a total remodel. Many things look old and over used. Bathroom door had veneer peeling and floor tile was chipped with pieces missing. Grout in shower tile looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time-was black with (?). Breakfast was skimpy-a few containers of cereal, bagels&bread to toast, some fruit, but not restocked day to day. I won’t stay there again. Would pay double to get a modern, clean room.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly

Staff was very nice and hotel was clean but this property is in desperate need for renovations. Our bathtub was gross and I wouldn’t step in it without flip flops and the room had a musty smell. I guess it’s the best option for this remote location.
