Room had ants upon arrival, got worse after we brought food in, bed and walls were dirty, bathroom and kitchen and fridge super outdated, noisy couldn’t sleep hearing loud noises from upper floor all night, loud maintenance workers at 6am. Saw a cockroach outside entrance on my last night, I wish I would have got my money back and left, I would have never booked this room. Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt with the few ants the first night the it got worse and worse by the day I had my son and wife also. Not sanitary for family

The TV was not a real one. It was more like an enlarged tablet with a weird remote that did not work properly. It was impossible to get movies on it !

While the location was good, the place itself is way older than what appears in the pictures. In essence, it’s a cute hotel, but definitely not worth the price I paid. Felt like a $110 a night hotel at most. After getting past the initial regret, beds were comfy and it was overall ok, but definitely wouldn’t stay again. No staff at night to assist and vending machine only for snacks. Also, it was the noisiest place (outside noise) I’ve ever stayed at, so if you’re a light sleeper, don’t even think about it. Stayed for 4 nights and had no housekeeping, so pack shampoo/toiletries. If you’re looking for luxury or cute boutique, this is definitely not the place since it has more of a Haunted Mansion vibe.

Even though most of their service was good… there was mold in the bathroom vent.
