breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.

My toilet ran all night so a good night sleep was not had, I was up all night. To have a suite and not sleep wall was disappointing. I did tell staff as I checked out but they didn’t see to accommodate or make things right but what could they do? The outside pool was not clean at all, my kids wouldn’t even step into it. It was green and you could tell hasn’t been cleaned for days or maybe for the season. The hotel itself was great but wish for the money it was what we paid for as a whole.

The vent in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and covered in mold and there was mold in the bathtub. Everything else was pretty much okay though that just was really gross

Peeling paint, sticky floors, flies in the room, internet out of service, one channel on the tv (via "antenna"). It's bad.

Check in was a breeze. Room was a full suite and comfortable.
