Old decor in the room with a strange arrangement of the sink being outside the bathroom. Quite dark lobby and hallways. Didn’t receive the items promised such as bottled water in the room so had to request these after checkin. The restaurant, Truva, is excellent however!

We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony was shared with another room. I was told someone from management would call to make things right and that never happened. The humidity was so bad the facing on the closets and drawers was bubbled up and the bedding smelled musty and was damp. Staff did change the bedding for us but nothing was ever done about the air conditioning or the humidity. I really wanted to join their membership but with this kind of customer service we decided not to.

Very nice stay, rooms smelled amazing and were very clean . The food from the restaurant was really good and the room service was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be coming back!

Awsome place to stay close to the beach

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Margaritaville Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make the experience memorable. A special shoutout to the wonderful housekeeper who is celebrating her 71st birthday this week. She was incredibly kind, and her attention to detail was outstanding. The entire hotel was immaculate, with a relaxed, chill vibe and laid-back atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The view was fantastic, and the location could not have been more convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere and beautiful views, and the restaurant was excellent as well. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Margaritaville Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to stay.

Not a bad place but keep in mind it is a timeshare. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, Hotel Del and dining and shopping. My only issue was I got a suspect text from the front desk reminding me that only registered guests can use the rooftop sauna, whirlpool, etc. it was a bit accusatory maybe from a timeshare owner but the fact is me and the three others in my family were all registered guests. Customer service and tactfulness was certainly lacking.

Awesome staff! Fast and helpful check-in. Loved the property and area. Every person we interacted with was super kind and helpful.
