great location, i walked from the airport to the hotel

Gorgeous resort! Big rooms that are clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make my Birthday special! Landscaping and wildlife make this place feel like you’re in your own oasis. Bay access provides for tons of activities. Definitely planning on coming back

The Shorehouse at the Del Coronado has amazing views and a perfect location for vacationing in Coronado, California. We’ve always had amazing weather and very nice staff and visitors to meet. This tends to be our favorite vacation each year.

Property and staff were GREAT!!!

The hotel was almost 2 hours late for checking in. Were dismissive to customer concerns regarding the delayed check in and gave no information explaining it. Staff were not helpful and ignored calls to the front desk, the room was run down with a dirty bathtub, leather peeling off the couch, and a hole in the ceiling.

We had an excellent stay- the staff were friendly and helpful, room was amazing and the spa was exactly what you'd expect at a 5-star hotel. We will be back!

My reservation wasn’t found by staff. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me and find 2 rooms to replace my 2 room suite.
