Pretty cool place for family’s, kids loved to water park. Rooms are very tired and dated but were clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a good value by any means but if you find yourself in grand forks during bad weather and want to let the kiddos have fun it basically your only option. So yea

The rooms were clean, the pool was nice with a hot tub and nice lounging chairs. The breakfast was filling and had all you'd expect from a continental breakfast and more.
