Very responsive, great location, awesome hosts! 10/10 would recommend.

The staff at the Westin was extremely helpful and proactive. The initial room they gave us had some issues, including a smoke-like smell (not cigarette smoke). As soon as we notified reception, someone handled it extremely professionally, and within minutes we were moved to a much better room.

The hotel was adequate for the purpose of the trip.

Breakfast was terrible. First ran out of milk, then cereal, and last 4 mornings no milk in building. Manager did not care and was not going to correct situation. Toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop running. Housekeeping did not change towels unless made to. Nice location, and clean but rates varied so much, as had to book on line to get good rate as hotel could only charge at top rate.

There is no staff, only an AI chatbot that is not helpful and will stop responding to your questions/messages after a few minutes

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable

Room was clean and quiet. Good amount of space. Breakfast was included and was delicious!
