I'm an entertainer with the band Floyd Live and have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff is always friendly, grounds are always clean and the rooms are always neat, tidy and comfortable. The noon checkout is very accommodating as we are always late night arrivers.

This property is very dated. I have stayed at many SpringHill Suites and this does not meet the mark for their line. Much nicer than we expected. Everything was very clean. Very attractive decorations in lobby and room decor. Accommodating and friendly staff. Even had a cafe and bar in the lobby, though food options were limited.

Words could not describe how dirty this place was. From the toilet to the urine covered flooring and the bugs covering everywhere the hair built up in the corners. This was disgusting. How did he get such a rating as they do on Expedia?

Absolutely loved our stay! Pool was warm and clean and so was our room, breakfast tasted amazing and had a lot of options. We had a ground floor room pretty close to the pool so that was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
