Convenient and close to stores and restaurants but room was very dirty and noisy

Very disappointing

Thankfully, this was just a one night stop over on the way to the intended location because it was not a place I would want to spend any time. Front desk staff was snippy and rude. Acted like we were bothering her when we checked in. Glass doors were filthy like they have not been cleaned in ages. The room was decent and for under $100 can you expect?

I bought my own cleaning supplies. So I can it it over myself. Floors ,bathroom fridge. My bath room flooded 2 times from upstairs apt. I got to the hotel afer work, and water on the floor. Was so inconvenient after working 13 hours of night shift. They move me into anther room, that room was so filthy that I was on knees cleaning a whole day on my day off so I can be comfortable. I really deserve a refund back. Most unpleasant hotel stay, I have ever experienced. I wish I had taken pictures of the wet mops I used. My husband told me later. That I should have taken pictures. That is why I canceled the rest of reservations. I left a day earlier. Hdw.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this hotel. There were a lot of cockroaches and flies in the bathroom, the refrigerator was not working, and the entire room had a very unpleasant smell. We checked in around midnight, so we stayed the night despite these issues. It was extremely uncomfortable and not the experience we expected. I was in a hurry the next morning and could not bring these concerns to the staff’s attention before leaving. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves its cleanliness and maintenance. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
