The room was not very clean, little to no toilet paper
The small refrigerator was discussing
Air conditioner kept popping its fuse.
The bathroom was not cleaned well, shower towels were small and thin.
I will never stay there again

i recently stayed at holiday in at birch run the last 2 nights there has been a football team above me all night long all they've done is run jump and whatever else there doing up there. I have complained for 2 nights in a row in regards to this not to mention the pool today was closed til 4pm to mainance our family went swimming and was quickly chased out by the football team with the teenagers causing havoc in the swimming pool making my 7 year old son afraid to swim. I have addressed this over and over again I even talked with the GM and she wasnt willing to help accommodate anything due to me booking through a 3rd party.
Day to check out: pool is back down til 4pm due to maintenance again. Ugh!

Requested an accessible room and when we arrived it had a tub in the bathroom, no way accessible!
