Staff was nice but room didn’t have a microwave. I was under the impression room had a microwave. Come to find out it was just certain rooms. I wouldn’t have booked if this information was more clear on hotels.com. Low water pressure. Pool and jacuzzi were separate from each other divided by a parking lot. Pretty odd. Good breakfast.

No pool or hot tub working, one of the cleaning staff was very rude, Jessie was sweet left her top at front desk

The staff were sweet and nice. But the property itself is dirty. If you're heading to the pool, wear your sandles....Dead roaches everywhere by the pool.

Really new and nice hotel

It was MIDNIGHT & I wanted a hot shower before bed. However, there was hair in the shower, & the water would not get hot, not even warm. After letting the water run a few minutes, it still did not warm up. I called the front desk to see if there were problems with the hot water. The front desk informed me that I was the first person to call regarding the water & that I needed to wait until the hot water came back on. I then asked if they turned the hot water off & she said no. So, I asked why I needed to wait until the hot water was turned back on if it wasn't turned off. At this point her attitude changed, she became rude. She offered to contact management to approve a full refund and suggested that I find another hotel. I reminded her that it was midnight and a holiday. At this point I decided to take a cold shower and go to bed. I turned the covers back on the bed and the sheets were dirty and hair was on the sheets & pillows. I called her again, explained the situation & asked for some clean sheets so that I could change the bed. She informed me that there were no clean sheets or pillowcases. I asked her to please confirm that there were no clean sheets or pillowcases available. She replied that the laundry was not completed earlier that day. After about 30 minutes she found some clean sheets, I changed my bed and got to sleep. The next day I asked another guess if they had problems with the water. They said that their water had been cold at night too for 2 nights.

My only reason for the low stars were 2 reasons! 1.) No pets allowed! Im and animal & pet lover so im absolutely bias! Sorry 2.) No trash cans outside! What's up with that? I'd like to empty the fast food wrappers etc out of my car when I stop to rest from traveling all day but I can't there because there is Not ONE trash can in the parking area! Aside from those 2 issues the place is Great! And somewhat isolated, which i really like!

This place was way overpriced for what it had to offer. It was a nice quiet clean baaasic room so I can’t argue. But at 160 that was ridiculous.. keep going on your way out of town and there’s another dozen roadside motels that have the same accommodation for a fraction of the price. I didn’t see these listed on this site, but they are there. If it was a $65-$85 room I would give it five stars.
