Clean room. Front desk manager not friendly. Needed bedding for pull out couch. Said they would bring up shortly but it never arrived. Kid slept on mattress with a blanket. Not happy. Had medical emergency in middle of night and desk staff had no idea where the nearest hospital was. Smiled but clueless. ...

Very convenient location, clean and quiet rooms, friendly staff. We were a bit disappointed that the shuttle goes only to Mohegan Sun and not Foxwoods which may affect our choice for future stays but otherwise a great value for your money.
