Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We arrived late due to a delayed plane. They were so nice to work with and left a key for us. Short train or shuttle ride to Zermatt.

Hotel Matterhorn Inn
They upgraded us to their sister hotel called Porta Cervino which was amazing. Brand new rooms, soft towels, luxury bedding. Staff was super helpful and friendly. They spoke English. I would 100% stay here again. 10 minute ride to Zermat.

Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only.
