The Brunswick Hotel
Room was decorated nicely and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent location in walking distance to Bowdoin College and downtown. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Clean rooms. Pool area is well maintained although is older and in need of some cosmetic repair. Breakfast is great, lots of healthier options. Staff is helpful. Beds and pillows could be of better quality but for the price, I will take it.

Hilton Garden Inn Freeport Downtown
Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly! We were on the first floor and people were extremely loud in the hallway late at night and the downeaster train tracks were 20 feet from our window. Very convenient location for all the great shops nearby though.

This was an end of season visit. The property, breakfast, and staff couldn’t be nicer. Sadly, pool was closed up for the season along with the restaurant. Dining options were very limited, even in town due to it being post Columbus Day.

The Freeport Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel
We had made a reservation at this hotel and the minute we walked in the place smelled musty . The sheets didn’t look clean and mattress pad had dried blood and urine stains on it. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping and staying in this place.
