$100 deposit during check in, was an unexpected surprise. And won’t see the deposit returned until 7 days later. Hopefully it shows up without any tracking needed.

Best Western Plus Caldwell Inn & Suites
The only complaint was that they would not give me my reward points because I booked through Expedia. I only did that because I was unable to get into the Best Western site. They said a lot of people were complaining about that.
