The room was clean enough but the TV remote wouldn't work. The AC would work for 3 minutes then shut off. After playing with it I finally got it to stay running. There is no lobby, so everything is done remotely. Very confusing. The room charge came through as expected but they added $30 for property usage. WHAT PROPERTY USAGE? I wouldn't recommend this facility.

The room was reasonably priced for the area. We were traveling with a pet so that may have been a factor but the carpet on our room was very stained and the room was not the cleanest. The trash next to the elevator was overflowing so people were placing items on the floor next to the waste can. The desk person was very nice. We left at 7 am and there were no hot breakfast items yet available. I was told by other guests that the breakfast person had not yet arrived even though breakfast was to start at 7. All in all, not horrible but could have been better.

Housekeeping was wonderful, as was all the staff.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. Don’t consider it . They over book and everything in ad was a lie. It was not clean except for towel provided. There was a shower but I wouldn’t even use the shower.

The first room given to us had broken locks, non-working outlets. Refrigerator cord to short and it sat out in the room. Wifi didn't work in it. The 2nd room we took as we stayed, we found stains on the walls, and shower curtain, same bad outlets, it was a smoking room the bed covers had burn holes in them. It just didn't feel or look all that clean. A few lights didn't work also. I call that enough for now.

This place was clean, continental breakfast was fresh, close to plenty of stores and only 8 minutes from SUNY Binghamton. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
