The stay was acceptable. Staff need training on customer service when it comes to greeting paying customers upon entrance and providing support throughout the stay. Rooms were very clean and the amenities (pool, gym) were well kept.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The temperature was low and even when I tried to get it warmer it didn’t seem to work. Loved the shampoo and conditioner.
