We were happy with how we were treated and the politeness of the staff. The only thing I can say I was upset about was they never told me about the deposit and what it’s even for and then I told the I was paying cash for my stay and was still charged. But I did call and they fixed it.

Best Western Warren Hotel
Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Faris at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Decent, typical hotel breakfast. Very nice pool and hot tub. Convenient location to everything we needed to do in the four days we were in the area.

The hotel was bright and clean. The frustrating part was that in a 2 day stay, we had to get our key cards fixed 9 times. Yes 9. Very frustrating. The breakfast was pretty bad. Clean is huge to us so we were grateful for that. And the beds were comfortable.
