We did have a light failure in the middle of night. Maintenance was called and they resolved the problem. The front desk also adjusted the bill to compensate for our difficulties.

This hotel felt like it was operated by an underground mafia. The staff was predatory with their ominous looks that they would give you as you carried your luggage in. Parking as advertised was not as accessible as advertised and we ended up just parking in a city lot across the street that was closer. There was no bottle of sparking wine as advertised. The air conditioning in the room provided a faintly cool breeze. On the bed, there were strands of hair indicating the sheets/blanket were likely not washed and probably reused for the previous guest. A $25 credit was given for the restaurant that was not open in the morning when we went to have breakfast. There was no coffee in the hallway corridor in the morning as was advertised. The entire experience was a supreme letdown considering it’s location. I cannot conceive one positive attribute of this hotel which didn’t even feel like a hotel. It felt more like a hostel. I could say a whole lot more but will leave what I’ve described up to this point as enough to hopefully leverage others from staying here.
