A nice economy hotel in a great location across from the Mississippi River and easy walking distance to Beale Street and The Peacock Hotel. Underground parking, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Included breakfast is more than adequate.

The breakfast buffet was very sparse and, the scrambled eggs tasted like I guess powdered eggs would taste like. The Mexican restaurant next door was good, but my husband was frisked and my purse was searched. Maybe not the best neighborhood.
